11 November · General strike
General
strike
For housing
Because having a job no longer means making it to the end of the month, because rents are eating up our wages and because the profits of a few just keep growing. On 11N we shut the country down.

Housing and work
One and the same struggle
The landlord and the boss squeeze us from both sides. That’s why 11N is not just a labour strike, nor just a tenants’ strike: it is a general strike for housing and against the cost of living.
Rents are eating up our wages. With your tenants’ union: collective bargaining, not one more eviction — we’re staying put.
We stop our workplaces. Without decent wages and pensions and shorter working hours, no one can afford a home.
Care, consumption, studies, shops: on 11N we also stop the life that keeps the business of a few going.
— Whoever is in government, we will win the right to housing.
This is what
we demand on 11N
Six demands to change the rules of the game: put an end to a housing system based on speculation and build one based on rights.
Homes to live in, not to speculate with
A large public housing stock (and make the rich pay for it!)
Housing security: no more evictions from our homes
Lower prices
Union rights in housing
Decent wages, pensions and public services
How to take part
